My good friend Kathleen coming by for a visit last year. You can't stop by without me putting
you  to work...haha
The place was just getting filled up. Things kind of in disarray but somehow come
opening day it seems to come together.

Love this one!! Kathleen looks a bit like me!! sort of.. well with sunglasses and hair [yes i have hair] ... and all disguised with the blotchy splashy layering sort of look.. hahaha...

I wish I could grow peonies out here where I live. The next best thing that is close to it would be a David Austin rose like a cabbage rose. Those are great floral pics you have. Thanks for shareing, Julian
