Do Over
on my other blog. I used more masking on it so you can see the flower more.
I think when I manipulated the other one I hadn't quite
figured out masking yet.
I'm still learning.
I should be getting out of here.
I need to get home to start celebrating our anniversary.
Seems like we're staying home!
Oh well, at least we have some Champagne there!
Ok I know this text is all screwy.
SORRY!

Kathleen
My good friend Kathleen coming by for a visit last year. You can't stop by without me putting
you to work...haha
The place was just getting filled up. Things kind of in disarray but somehow come
opening day it seems to come together.
Peony
Peony from last year.....I think called Dinnerplate? I layered it with a white rose.....it's barely noticeable but adds a tinge of lightness to the center. The darkness around the edges is not what I wanted but I haven't figured out how to get rid of that yet.
Someday I hope!

Snow Carrots
This picture I took at Evi's home this last February when I we all met
there for a luncheon.
I had only posted a few pictures....
As I was looking at this sad little neglected blog I thought it
would be fun to show these.
I sold them in my shop at Christmas years ago.
I'm not sure if Evi bought them from me or not....I know
our friend Paula has a few too and they always
look great on her tree.
I just really like them clustered together.
They are reproduction spun cotton icicles.
Every time I see them I think of my friend
Bob the photographer
who called them Snow Carrots.
So now they will always be
Snow Carrots to me:)))

Happy Valentines Day
Just remembered today that I had this cd.
A LOVE this cd
I wished I could have shared these with you before
Valentines Day,
but love never goes out of season or style!
Just click on image and then save or copy!
That's it.
this one is from Dawn of The Feathered Nest.
I reversed it so you could use it for transfering.
I did that for all the ones with wording or lettering.
Have fun

Through the looking glass
"I took the [gypsy] dress, held it up to me, then dropped it to the ground. Clutching my own skirt, I fingered the stiff, familiar lace like a good-luck charm. Then I realized something very important.
I realized I had never before undressed myself ...
All my buttons were in the back; every night I obediently turned around and waited for someone to unbutton all of them, help me step out of the billowing fabric, unfasten all my petticoats — again, all of which fastened at my back. Every night someone did."
